Nicole Kimberley-Staeheli has over 30 years of experience in Corrections, focusing on the topic of trauma informed care, as well as the delivery of effective cognitive interventions. Many may be astonished to learn how much their lack of knowledge around trauma may be having a serious effect on the efficacy of their cognitive interventions, whether those interventions are being delivered in a group setting, or even in a one-on-one context.
