David Garlock is a successful returning citizen, reentry professional, and criminal justice reform advocate. A client of the Equal Justice Initiative, he was released on parole in 2013 after serving more than 13 years in prison. Learn of his fascinating journey, and his accomplishments assisting others on theirs. He is currently a board member of the Lancaster County Reentry Management Organization and member of the Pennsylvania Reentry Council.
