This week we are joined by Albert Banuelos, Los Angeles County Probation! Albert shares the "Why" of how he began a career in Corrections, and talks about the challenges and rewards of implementing evidence based practices in a large agency. We often speak of the value of leveraging the lived experiences of our clients, but Albert takes this a step further and speaks of his passion project involving the lived experiences of correctional leaders and how we can parlay this knowledge into our implementation efforts.
